Heh is this a joke or serious?

To understand the video, it could be anyone. That was the point of the other comedian to say it doesn't matter. No one likes to hear reality, especially most Black people when it comes to this president and not understanding that it doesn't matter who's face or race is there. They are only a pacifier and the further face of their demise. The majority of Blacks here think like the first comedian and they don't know any better. A president being your father? You have to do what he says? Ha. If I say anything to them, they don't want to get into it. They want to live the fairytale.

Yeah, but in my country, president is just a powerless figurehead... he's there to visit or welcome other presidents, stuff like that. Like i said, Obama, the man with the hollow title of "the most powerful man on Earth" has to deal with advisors inherited from previous administration, and i guess some other groups, that's why no troops will leave Afganistan. I think this, and some other measures that are not popular, are concessions he made in hope of geting the green light for his own social projects.

Same for this country. On the surface, he's the most powerful, but he holds no real power here. The same people from banks and business shift in and out of administrations and it's all a show. Whatever they say he want's to do - he has no real wants. He only holds their interests and he knew that when he was assigned the role, same as the next in 2016. It's the citizens that watch the show and have no clue.
