Only PDE ENDORSERS' Recommendations Count Towards Someone Becoming A PDE Member. This Means The Members' Below Collectively Decide Whether Someone Will Be A Member Or Not.

[PDE]LadyCinell
[PDE]Blitz

If One Of These Members Aren't Around For A While For Whatever Reason, The Others Can Decide Overall At That Time.

Edit: This isn't to say that others can't voice their opinions in case some people get confused. Anyone can say how they feel. This is only for solid judgment.
