Don't know about that. For me it has always been like there's no point in the game. Well you got a couple of missions in it, but hardly anyone makes it to the end. Everyone start doing their thing. That made it for me a stay-away and it simply doesn't attract me.

Ah yeah I remember this video. Well GTA has always been a good buy except for GTA IV. However, Episodes From Liberty City were ok.

I have finished IV twice on ps3 and once on PC. I like the lots of things that you can go with the game. The same for Just Cause 1,2 and Skyrim.

As for those violent scenes you have mentioned, trust me, its worse to play CoD rather than GTA, my brother adores guns, action and violence in general due to CoD.

Anyway, it might sound silly but I play the deaf guy when hearing bad critics about Grand theft auto, so im going to buy it anyway.

I don't see why IV is bad when San Andreas is cool. I mean I firmly believe most people still stare at San Andreas because it was the first global hit, exactly what happened with CoD4. Both games will remain remarkable more than any other better series that will come in the future.

i still play iv sometimes when i like 2, just driving cars and puting car mods in it like a lambo or audi.

i played most of the series, really gonna like the GTA V. would be the best Gta ever.

GTA IV isn't a bad game. It was just a bit boring (except for two missions) out of all of the GTAs I've played. It also allowed Saints Row 2 to shine. GTA IV was concentrating so hard on the realism that the city was big and brown for nothing almost. The expansions (The Lost And Damned and Ballad Of Gay Tony*) brought a bit more life into it, but it was the first 3D GTA that I really didn't feel anything when I finished it.

It's still a good game and better than a lot of others. It will easily take it's crown back from Saints Row as that game (SRTT, SR4) went 100% wacky and doesn't hold much value anymore.
