It keeps on saying Server Disconnected when I try to enter a PDE server o.o

Can't connect Empty I'm IP banned?

I talked with Paul days ago and he kept saying my original key wasn't banned and then I checked it wasn't after other tries of changing my keycode

Now when I connect it says a admin banned my IP..
