Ban: Willeponken

Hi,

This is Willeponken a regular player of the PDE's WaW server who has played over 500 times, and never cheated.

I would like you to remove the ban I got based on false allegations of No recoil usage.

This was untrue and unjust, and I suspect [PDE]Stratokaster of being responsible for this indignation.

Please withdraw this ban, and allow me to play on the server again.

Be careful man. You have to try to explain how you came in the server again after the regular perm ban. Then it would be better.

I think the username was banned - but he was not using it. Though I thought that was resolved last year.

I'm sorry, maybe I should have told you more about the situation. Well, I was admin of the smXeagol server for a while, and it was plagued with hackers one of which thought it'd be funny to steal my nick to make it harder for me to kick him, and other admins to distinguish him from me, and when this server came down he carried on using my name, Willeponken, on your server amongst some others like, JFF. I apologize for being rude before. I was just irritated over the fact I got banned out of the blue, but now when I contemplate over the precursor to this I can understand the suspicion.

This is recent (a few days ago) Cannonfodder. It would seem weird this time as if some other person wearing his name was banned, then he wouldn't be banned or come right in the server as the other person was banned. So, the question here is, when you, the real Wille was banned, how did you come right back in the server and stay for a while if you were just banned? Do you want to say there were two Willeponkens in the server at the same time? There is only a ban for one Wille and a record for one Wille. Stratokaster asked you a question.

I don't know actually how I got in again, I think it was because I talked to Ensiferum about it. He's a finn who speaks swedish so we have some contact because of that. He might have fixed it for me, but I don't remember. I, Willeponken from Sweden, Wilhelm Wahlberg, have never cheated, but this hacker who used my nick to discredit me certainly did, but he was from Poland.
I don't know if you guys can see that with your admin tools, but we're not the same person.

You can ask Ensiferum91 about me, and he can tell you I'm legit.

Yeah, it was completely random, I didn't see it coming. I was just banned out of the blue. I have no idea why. Do you have any evidence against me?

Why don't you answer these questions :

maybe if you just answer we'll get that. You won't be unbanned at all this way. We allow ban appeals to know your version and to get the truth... or this post is going to be useless.

If you didnt get it we want to know how you came in the server a few seconds after the ban asking for the unban and claimining not to be a cheater when obviously you were there without any issue.

I don't even know what you're talking about. I wasn't banned for a long time, I think I might have gotten a temporary ban before. I have been able to play on the server for like over a year with no problem, and suddenly when I'm playing I get a ban. So I don't even understand the situation.

I'll try to answer your questions now.

1. I didn't come back. I have always been able to play on your server, except for 1 temporary ban, if I remember correctly, and that was ages ago. Yes.
2. No, I am not saying there are more than one Willeponken playing at the moment, but before - when I was temporarily banned there was.
3. I Wasn't perm ban, and if you mean, how I could come into the server and say please unban me which I did two days ago?
It was just that I tried joining the server and by some reason I didn't get kicked out the first 5 seconds, and if I typed very quickly I could manage to send a short message. That is all, no hacks.

I'm sorry if there are still more questions unanswered.

what do you mean Koko?

Stratokaster, that's because I joined like 6-7 seven times and wrote small messages.

If you multiply 5 seconds by 6 you get 30 seconds. That's how you saw me there for a longer period of time when in fact I was only in for 5 seconds each time.
Now I get kicked as soon as I try to join.

Koko, can you vouch me? We used to talk. You know I'm not a hacker.

Well think I have seen you around in many WaW servers this years and you didnt have a good reputation at all..I'm speaking about before I joined PDE. I don't think you are so clean as you claim to be , nothing personal as other suspects of hackeing have other behavoiur, anyway I don't have any proof of you breaking the rules, apart what I have seen with my eyes the impression I got there. We are not dictators here and if we cant be sure 100% and make other sure too well we dont' feel authorized to ban anyone we want. Well you will have a second chance, don't waste it.

The server is offline. We don't have any control over that. That's an issue with the master server and the maker of the game.

Allright well I havent played in a while but remember wille from our server(like he mentioned). In many..many many rounds I never saw him cheat and I know he got alot of shit for good stats just like everyone else on waw gets when they actually kill people so talking about reputation isnt really a good argument in deciding whose hacking or not.
Regarding the hacker and name thing I seam to recall something about that too a looong time ago already but I dont think I ever saw this "fake" ponken. I thought at the time it was kinda established that someone tried to ruin his name just like so many others experienced in waw including our members.
Ponken im not just gonna say "your fine I know you, clear him" as you probably understand since I havent even been on and seen any of this. But I will throw in my vote on this topic saying that I think its highly unlikely that this guy hacked, the hacker namesteal was a real thing as I recall it, and if ponken actually started hacking for some reason i doubt(and hope) it wouldnt be something as lame and stupid as no recoil.
Also nice of you not let these posts escalate into the same shit that those qs do with their eternal flaming for getting banned.

I think wille has been unbanned a month ago. There has been any problems over the fall of waw servers last week?
