I was banned for no reason? Empty I was banned for no reason?

I am banned from both of the PDE tdm US servers for no apparent reason, I recently bought the game and I casually go play in there with a friend of mine, neither of us cheat or use scripts. I didnt copy the clan tag nor equip a grenade launcher, I am not sure why i am perma banned on both :l
