cod bo2 reveal

Hmmm idk it seems to me that they are just dragging this out too much I mean like it seems to be going to much in the future it's not call of duty anymore ... I guess we will just have to wait and see!

The future could be a good thing. It can allow them to do things they couldn't do before (because let's face it: MW2's multiplayer you had Crysis powers without the nanosuit hehe). I've always welcomed a near future as long as it isn't too far out and end up cartoonish like Halo.

My problem is it caters to consoles so hard that it doesn't even have general PC features anymore. At least it's Treyarch's turn. Sledgehammer Studios isn't known for CoD yet (they just did MW3) and Treyarch is now a veteran since Infinity Ward left 3 years ago. Treyarch is the only developer to try things with CoD.

My only gripe is that CoD is now much smaller than in the past, much more limited, doesn't have a choice of 18 or 32 players which the PC is known for, and the maps these days are a mess. I can't get happy about another CoD every year until they stop playing games and lying to the PC community and give us what we need/had.

We need FULL dedicated server support, FULL tweakable options, log files, and server files instead of exclusive one provider. A lot of us already have deals with providers which provides good costs and relationship.

ah bro, what u said is a "utopia". long gone are the years that the pc comunity were the basics of everything related to gaming. games were made to last and to make us enjoy years of fun and customize our experience. i agree that a look in the future is not a bad idea, as long as the weapons are acceptable (not like crysis3 wanna be). lets see what they will built, seems to me they are bringging battlefield experience to cod bo2, as we could see inside jet view and other new armors.

They also always tease us with vehicles in the cutscenes and in single player, but they don't bring the vehicles to multiplayer. I'm tired of that. If they had vehicles in CoD3 and CoDWaW, they can have vehicles in BO2 MP. I think it's a great gameplay element and it adds a lot to multiplayer. A lot of people think that CoD will be battlefield with vehicles which isn't true. CoD was doing vehicles years ago, so it's nothing new. They just haven't been in modern combat - yet.

The only thing I'm afraid of is that the game makers Appel more to nooby players I no cuz they them selfs are noobs so they don't know how to make the game harder and more of a challenge for people in muiltiplayer. I know they are trying to make it realistike and stuff but it's game lol... They need to make the weapons less powerful. Like in cod4 or WaW

that's true, they always show more than its in the game, this is no exception i am sure of it!! i also agree whit bringging vehicles (as long they make bigger maps) whit the size of maps we have (cod4, mw2, bo and mw3) it would be a cluster f#$k of gore. i am not expecting anything special, as this felling always were ruined in the first weeks i bought the game (any of the above except cod4) so now i'll just take it slow as i am sure it will be another console port

I really don't know what to say :S I'm kind of in shock to be honest, I can't fully grasp what I just saw. COD is dead, in my view, I know I can't be impartial, because I associate COD with a certain degree of "realism" (at least some likelihood). CODUO, COD2, COD3 and WAW were WWII recreations of battles that really took place, whereas modern warfares sent us to a parallel reality/near future, but the weapons are real and in use today. Blackops, far from being my favorite, was original in the way that those things might have happened, even though some of it was a bit too much, and we just didn't knew about them :S
I'm saying that because of the mechas (and the 1st plane). If they go to Spacial Warfare, stop calling it COD I hope it's a free-to-play ^^
I'm afraid the consoles will have priority, for a pc directed game, it'll be better to look somewhere else.

P.S: I'm saying this after watching a 2 minute trailer, the game may be really fun, I don't know XD

lol bro... f2p whit activision??? nahhh, never will happen. i didnt see spacial warefare, i saw some guns that look like that, but probably are some prototype guns, we never know
