Hurricane Sandy Threats Our PDE Brother

It seems that the power plant of Kersey's neighborhood has been destroyed by the tremendous storm and heavy rain caused by Sandy. He's been offline since yesterday night. We don't know anything yet. I hope it's nothing more serious than that. We all hope he's ok, him and the rest of our fellows who live in the U.S borders and Canada. I hope this is not going to Latin America also.

Our hopes are with you brother, may God keep you safe.

I certainly hope Kersey is doing well (and everyone within or close to the Path of the storm).

The Associated Press reports Superstorm Sandy's high winds and rains have knocked out power to almost 250,000 Ohioans.

In Northwest Ohio, Toledo Edison reports around 135 outages in Fulton County, 75 outages in Lucas County, 74 in Ottawa County, and minimal outages in Seneca, Sandusky, Wood and Williams counties.

AEP's outage map shows few outages for Northwest Ohio customers, but almost 5,000 are without power in Stark County in the northeast.

OH SNAP! I don't know how long I will be on, but there hasn't been any heavy hurricane or any effects from it except some wind and rain my way. It's weird that our internet service would be affected when other companies weren't/aren't. I don't know how long 'I'll be back', but it's good to be back in the land of PDE. So far, New York is affected the most and nothing here yet. It's good to see all of you above.
