Why are they still trying to defend Black Ops publicly?

I bought BO in last november. 2 patches after my game finally started to work. Then:

You released stability improvements. They actually broke my game.

You release patches that won't help ♥♥♥♥. I'm still stuttering.

You release first strike before game is fixed

You don't answer my tweets

You don't answer to community.

You don't release same fixes than consoles got.


Could you, Treyarch, just stop doing this. Community needs help with their friggin game, but you just hide in the closet with Activision. You just release bull♥♥♥♥ tweets about guys who needs help with their ♥♥♥♥ign prestige? I've tweeted several times about my lag, about my stuttering game, but just..don't..do..anything..for..♥♥♥♥'s..sake!

You've just made my day. I waited 2 months to get another pile of crap. But well, you really know how to fail.

I feel sad..

We need your dxdiag to properly diagnose your issue. In any event, contacting Activision Customer Support would be the fastest way to see individual troubleshooting results if peers on the message boards aren't enough help.

Especially when it comes to PC gaming, where everybody's configurations are theoretically different in some way, it's very difficult (dare I say impossible) to have a "magic bullet" that addresses performance flaws for every person. One outdated driver on your machine could be the culprit of a performance bottleneck that even the most powerful hardware spec can't overcome.

For what it's worth, community managers like 402 and I are very busy people. Nothing would make me happier than to solve every single complaint on a personal level, but there's simply too many of you. That's why we have a fleet of Customer Support reps who collectively can handle these kinds of requests.

I don't want anybody in your position to slip through the cracks. That would totally suck. So in the future I could use everyone's help; help direct fellow community members to Customer Support when they have a problem they can't solve. There's only one of me, but there's... dozens (I don't actually know the number) of them. Certainly feel welcome to contact me - if I see your inquiry and have the time, I am glad to help. But know that these alternative support networks exist.

Have you played Modern Warfare 2, or hell even your own games before? They were all perfect in performance. I used to get nearly 150 FPS in all previous COD's with everything on max.

Now came Black Ops, I have 30-40 FPS since launch. No fix yet. Are you kidding me? It's the first time this has happened and it has effected a large majority. I have 30+ friends who own this game and most of them report performance issues.

Here's my dxdiag if it helps, though I have given all hope for this game since all you do is focus on console versions. I have been a dedicated PC COD player since the first game and this has easily been the biggest disappointment!

If I was this community manager, I would just stop. He can't be serious! The truth is these guys (Treyarch) were rushed to get this game out incomplete for monetary purposes as they had the only big blockbuster game to come out at the end of 2010. After MW2 made billions, what's to expect? Everyone else did the smart thing and held their game back until theirs was finished.

Man I wanted to love this game. I had been waiting on this since MW2 let me down (MW2 could actually be good, but the company doesn't support it and no 'original' dedicated servers).

I've said everything before, but this link is crazy! He got what he deserved.
