Skyrim Mods With Many Scripts - Warning
In recent time, I have noticed that some mods can cause lots of problems with scripts located in the 'Data/Scripts' folder of the game installation. Some of the greatest mods install these scripts to your game to create some of the best things you can see in the game. However, some of these same mods can provide damaging results to your save file if you uninstall them.
This is because what happens in some scripts gets saved in your save game and when that mod and those scripts are no longer there, your save game will look for them to be there. This can cause problems with your save game later on and can lead to crashes and other instabilities. This isn't to scare you away from some of the good mods out there, but it's just more of a 'heads up' on problems that can arise from good mods.
Always remember to save often and do a hard save before a major mod installation so that if something goes wrong, you can always go back to that previous save as if nothing ever happened. It is possible to try and recover or 'clean' your damaged save file by following this procedure here:

And the more detailed way here:

Some mods are also outdated as some modders have abandoned them. Check the dates and comments from users before downloading and installing.
Some modders are now trying to create script-free mods or mods with the lowest amount of dependable scripts possible. This doesn't mean you can't have issues in other ways, but it's usually a better way to go. I will post newer mods here if I feel they are safer.
