Banned for not updated punkbuster

I was banned because my punkbusters was not up to date when I first tried joining your servers. I have updated my pb since then, but I am still banned. Can I get unbanned? Name is lukis543, thanks. And my IP: 5.20.112.106

i found his name only with a cod4 guid but there is no lukis543 with cod waw.

He's a WaW player. He was playing yesterday on the server.

i noticed. but it is strange that i found no relations to his WaW guid. ordinary you can see on pbbans forum if he played any other games (with pb guid).
