Swear Word Ban Appeal

Hello members of PDE.

My name is TeddeRz, I was banned today on your CoD5 server. I'm going to be out with it, I said the N-word on the server. I was banned instantly.

Now if I may, I am sorry. I'm not trying to justify what I said, it was racist, rude, and not polite, but I would like to say that I didn't mean it in that way. People were cursing, calling each other b*tches, a**holes, etc. I didn't realize that those were not bannable but the n-word was. I was cursing, I got frustrated, I slipped up.

I'd like to beg, and I do mean that, to be unbanned. In plain English, it was a jackass move on my part, there's no way I can legitimize what I said other than it had no harmful intent in agreeance with its meaning and I can in fact swear to you that it won't be used again. Heck, after making this appeal, and me using it again, I'd be shunned from the forums. I care so much because it's not a part of my vocabulary and I do feel like a jerk for using it. I understand if the repercussions stay, but as I said, your server is a ton of fun and I enjoy playing on it for 5-8 hours a day.

Haha...I wish I could give you that response and make all the bad things go away, but that wouldn't be true. I wasn't drunk and I sure as hell wasn't acting my age.

Well I guess this is a no from the guys up top. I think I'm going to have to down patch with a group of friends as I see no other servers as fit as yours.

Well, I was going to post that personally I dont wanna feel like a cop or a teacher here. I liked your first post actually. But you see the problem is I dont want to be unfair to others because we get every week people who ask for the same unban. Maybe I could tolerate a second chance. You gotta get a response from 1 more guy I guess. Dunno..

Swearing is one thing..but simply being a total douche is another. Based on what Paul posted, unless you didnt have like a total mental breakdown that happened once id say the verdict stands..
