About The New PDE|ALL WEAPONS|TDM Server Move

For those who may not know and for those who do, there were constant complaints about our old TDM server having lots of lag spikes. I tried to do some things to fix it on our side, but there was no success. The only thing I could do is move the game to another server in the same place, but that also meant changing IP.

The new server has been up running for a while and our old server is only running temporarily until it shuts down. Since we don't have funding for a 4th server, I changed the old server to War mode while it's still up since we won't have an opportunity to have a War server due to an empty donation box and no contributors. So, for those who are seeing this server now. It's not permanent and will be shut down in days.

We were thinking of choosing between a War server and having the Zombie Co-Op (PDE|CUSTOM ZOMBIES) server we have now. We have had a poll running on it and advertizements asking players to vote and it seems not many players will respond.

Anyways, this was to clear up confusion and also for the players that think our PDE|ALL WEAPONS|TDM server is gone. Some people have been telling others that we don't have that server anymore when all we did was just move it. The ads appear in the chat area on the server. Alternatively, you can type the command @servers or @servers2 to check for server name and IP, current map, and number of players (you may have to type !register to use the @servers command on our PDE|FOR ALL PLAYERS server until the system there is upgraded).

I must of not been using Paypal correctly if you weren't getting stuff from me. Quite possible I might not of click enough buttons.

The statement was made knowing you donate. It doesn't really include you, but besides Chaos and I, you are the only one who pretty much donates on a regular basis which I've acknowledged in another post and it will take more than you. However, if only a few people donated the same, we wouldn't be so strained and tight to where we have to scramble for funds. All it would take is about 6 donors and we could manage. We don't have a bunch of game servers like others and that's a good thing in this state.

Ok - well I looked at Paypal and was not sure it was working yesterday. 

That's ok then.
