Dick Cheney said Osama bin Laden not behind 9/11

those buildings contained more than 4000 person (Jewish ) .. they all took a holiday before this happens .. it is so obvious & Known

Why osama bin laden admitted that he is behind that ? -To show that he made a great loss for the enemies (americans)

Anyway this is the truth ... BTW u have to know that i hate osama , his whole organisation and any1 doing terror .. whatever was nationality or religion .

So he didn't do it, but that don't suggest a conspiracy. A nation was in uproar, and a convenient scapegoat was needed to detract public rage from government and incompetent inteligence agencies (did any of those guys get their asses fired?)... or maybe now, somehow a "new, unexpected evidence" will turn up, pointing that, let say, the Syrians did it, and after a succesful anti-terror campaign over there, Cheney will admit it wasn't them, but Iran, and so on, and so on...
