Watch_Dogs' Player "TheWorse" Getting GFX Near E3 2012 + Possible Performance Fixes

A guy by the name of TheWorse started working on bringing some graphical techniques and effects into the game of Watch_Dogs.
The motivation behind it is the E3 2012 demo of the game which later stirred up controversy after viewing later versions for the PS4 which features and effects were either toned down or removed for performance reasons and then later, followed with a port of the PS4 version to PC.
When the game was demoed back in 2012, 'next gen' consoles hadn't released yet and when Ubisoft created the demo to showcase the game, it was built on high-end PC hardware so no one knew the exact power of these consoles yet and it was more of an estimate. Sad thing is, the PC version was last to get fully finished and while PCs could handle the graphic features of the E3 2012 demo, it mostly received a duplicate of the PS4 with the added, but obvious, higher resolution and higher framerate.

Most PC players still want the E3 2012 demo look everyone had been shown and if there's a way, the PC community will take it there (or close) if possible. This topic will be updated with the progress of Watch_Dogs modifications.

There seems to have been a final first update to the game, but not sure yet. The mods below are combined with update 1.03:

How to test:
1. Unrar the file and copy patch.dat and patch.fat into your watch dogs "data_win64" folder (make a backup if you already have a modded patch file)
2. Multigpu users, disable multigpu in your drivers (remember, this is only a test). Recommended to use Adaptative Vsync too.
3. Start the game
4. In the game options menu, select your native resolution, vsync off, max rendered frames = 2
5. Select HIGH TEXTURES!!!! (NOT ULTRA, you will see ultra textures using High texture option)
6. Players with 2 GB of VRAM, set high or medium shadows and reflections.
7. Resume game. You will see a lot of texture aliasing but the stuttering should be reduced.
Share the results. If that patch improves the stuttering for a few users, I will create textures with mipmaps for those that have more texture aliasing.
