PDE Membership

Good morning wish you all over the world. I ask my wondering what are the requirements to be a full member PDE. As I read the request on the forum and how it is written is also called a shoot the tears in my eyes. If one plays for months on this server and keep to the rules of the House it seems my no problem to be member of the family. Or there should be considered differently from upper hand then I hear that like you side. Best regards. Peter.
