I do but I am doing the single player bit. I have not started online yet

Yeah it's best to do single player first because once you start Online, you may not go back.

Wow the online must be amazing then. The single player just blows me away anyways.

Ehh... I won't say that. It's because of character progression/ranking up and unlocking things, doing missions with real people and having to grind to make a lot of money and that's what makes it hard to return to single player often because you feel like the money is more important in multiplayer and you have to put in a lot of time (although once you learn a good heist, it can lower your dependency on cash because the payouts are big). The best thing in Online, co-op wise, is Heists.

Online is ok overall though. It just needs more add-ons, especially for custom characters (something Rockstar still has to catch up on - NPCs can have a better appearance and better clothing options than your custom character). Single player has great production value and Rockstar is very good in that field of storytelling.
