For all the GTA players out there that thinks all of the stuff in the game is expensive, do a few Pacific Standard Heists. Add people to your friends list that know what they're doing. Learn the shortcuts. Stop spending your money on cars and upgrades when you don't have a lot of money. Buy and armored car and a Heavy Heist Vest (not the standard vest on the wall in Ammunation, the ones in the clothing area) to protect yourself. It will slow you down a bit, but you will always be alive. That's what you invest your money in.

The way to always have money for whatever and never run out is the Pacific Standard Bank Heist (witnessed with all my online friends). Eventually, you will be able to buy whatever you want - no modders or ban necessary.
