Inappropriate Player names

Hi PDE-friends.

I have some complains...

some people do use very inappropriate names and I would like to know how you handle them admins!

One example is (Fantasy name): Hitlers_Oven or Judekiller etc.

Is this a reason to instantly kick and ban a player profile?

It makes me sick to read these names, especially in COD WAW which takes place at Second WorldWar.

How do you see that issue?

I usually warn them but if they keep it up I ban them for a day and very rarely if they keep on doing it I perm ban them.

Racial names are what I crack down on. Joking names not so much. It's a game to have fun, nothing wrong about funny names as long as they aren't racist or anything.

Ok thank you for your help. I want to put that name on the table:
HittlersOven. In my opinion this guy MUST change his profile.

This name is neither funny nor a Joke. It is very serious. At least in Germany this is even against law and results in punishment.

I agree. I'm sure we have people of jewish decent that play on the servers that don't find it funny either. If you see guy like that just warn him for reason change name or which ever rule it is

Sorry, I find names that refer inappropriately to a woman's body part's, like 'puzy' or 'lickmytits' to be inappropriate. Sure it's a game for fun, but it's supposed to be a game for fun for me, as well.

But I rarely ever say anything anymore, because no one else really seems too. Racist names are auto-banned but why shouldn't "adult names" be auto-banned? Those were the words that were politically incorrect when I was growing up, along with racist names. Personally, I don't feel like playing with someone named, 'PinkSlit' or something all night.

You do have a point. But this is the internet and it is an adult game. You can always just ignore the player doesn't hurt anyone

Well if it's names like that, they should be warned for them and asked to change their name. What's funny is you often talk out loud saying similar words like that in regular conversation with the players/members. I understand women could possibly be offended, but you talk about sexual things all the time haha.
